On-The-Job Training

The amount of training varies from department to department, but all team members walk away with a clear understanding how things work — not just your job but the entire operation. For store managers, training comprises 15 weeks of paid, uninterrupted time whereas for other folks, a shorter learning curve might apply. Regardless, you’ll be well on your way to earning a PhD in Thrifting.
